I accept debit/credit card payments as well as Paypal and Apple Pay.
You don't need to have a Paypal account, you can also checkout as a guest.

Made to Order
Most of my items are made to order and expected to ship within 1 week of pre-ordering. This will be stated in the description of each item. I only have a couple of full days a week where I'm able to work on orders. There may be times where a number of items are available and ready to ship the next or same day.

UK Orders
UK orders are shipped using Royal Mail.

International Orders (Updated 29/6/2024)​
International orders are shipped using the Royal Mail International Tracked service (Tracked & Signed for some countries)
Some international orders may be subject to customs and tax fees. These fees cannot be predicted before purchase and must be paid by the buyer. They are not included in the price or the product or the shipping fee. These fees are sent directly to the receiver and are not the responsibility of Maive Ferrando. Maive Ferrando is not responsible for any delays due to customs.

​Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
I take a lot of care in wrapping and packaging my items to make sure they arrive safely. However, if you're not happy with your order, returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt of the item assuming this hasn't been broken or altered in any way. You will receive a refund for the item's costs, not the delivery charges.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact me.

I understand circumstances change and that mistakes happen when ordering. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact me within 24hs of placing the order. Please note that cancellations are not accepted after 24hs have passed and it will be classed as a return/refund.
Workshop/tutorials fees are not refundable.
Returns and refunds are not accepted for my book, blank or personalised, due to its customised nature.

My tutorials, whether free or paid for, are for personal use only.
They cannot be reproduced, sold or distributed without my permission.
My tutorials are windows into my artwork and therefore may be used to learn techniques or create similar pieces for personal use only, not to be sold as your own design as they are my intellectual property.

Allergens Disclaimer
Although rare, some people may experience allergic reactions to materials, metals and coatings used in jewellery making.
My jewellery is made from polymer clay, and for some small parts, cold porcelain.
I use mostly silver plated findings and earring hooks that are hypoallergenic (nickel, lead and cadmium free) in my jewellery.
All my stud earrings are made with stainless steel posts.
I use other metals such as antique bronze which are mentioned in the item's description.
It is the consumer's responsibility to be aware of any metal allergies they may have and it is their responsibility to read the description of each item before placing an order whether it is through ETSY or this website.
It is absolutely not possible for me to know the medical history of my customers, therefore I will not be held responsible for any allergic reactions caused by jewellery or improper use or storage of it.
